GYST does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee outcomes of any kind.
User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
Your actions
Your decisions
How you interpret and act on prompts
GYST provides structure and accountability. You choose what to do with it.
Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Have the legal authority to enter this agreement
Subscription & Billing
GYST operates on a subscription basis
Payments are processed through Stripe
Plans renew automatically unless canceled
You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period
No refunds for unused time unless required by law
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Abuse the service
Provide false or misleading information intentionally
Use the service for illegal activities
Harass or threaten others using the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Communication Consent
By using GYST, you consent to receive communications related to the service via SMS, email, voicemail, or mail, depending on your selected plan.
You can opt out of communications, but doing so may limit or end the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GYST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
GYST makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or improvements
